Order, Payment and Shipping:

We accept an order for one item at a time.

Please make sure that your country’s Laws & regulations allow you to import a certain quantity of medicines for personal consumption without prescription. Order the permissible quantity only.

If your country requires prescription kindly obtain a prescription and upload it.

You will be responsible to pay import duty, VAT and Tax, if applicable in your country.

When you place your order, we immediately email you an order confirmation. If you do not receive it, please check the email address you gave us is spelt correctly. If it is, please check your email SPAM folder. If it is not found there, please contact us from our Contact Us page by using an alternative email address.

Once your payment is completed, you should receive a second email to confirm your payment and your order is now in processing. If we are unable to fulfill your order or there is a payment problem we will email you.

The orders are usually processed within 24 hours.  Please  bear in mind , we are not responsible for  some possible delays at customs. Therefore, some parcels may arrive little  bit later or earlier than expected.  We will  make every effort to deliver your parcels in time.

Once the shipping is ready, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you accompanied with a tracking number.

Cancellation:

We accept your cancellation within two hours after your payment is completed, otherwise we are unable to accept your cancellation.

Delivery times:

Your order is sent from India.

Registered Airmail – 11 to 21 days

EMS (Express Mail Service) – 8 to 12 days

Please allow 3 to 5 days to appear the whereabouts.

Shipping method: 

We only ship to your home address by EMS(Express Mail Service) or  Registered Airmail. It does require a signature on delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery a notice will be left to advise of the attempted delivery and how to contact the post office to arrange a redelivery or at which post office it is stored for collection.

In case you purchase generic medicine be sure that they are chemically the same and have the same medical effect as the brand ones. Please consult your doctor prior to buying drug. You are always welcome to contact us before submitting your order to get more details.

Our medications carry the same generic ingredients as name brand drugs. Products shipped by us are generics or alternate brands.

Lost and Refund:

If the shipped package is lost and not delivered within 4 weeks after shipment,  we will ship it again at free of charge.  If 2nd attempt of delivery is confiscated by the customs authority of delivered country due to the violation of the law and regulations, There is no 3rd attempt of delivery and no refund is made.
